NXP 74AXP1G125 buffer

The 74AXP1G125 is a single buffer/line driver with 3-state output. Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs makes the circuit tolerant of slower input rise and fall times. This device ensures very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire VCC range from 0.7 V to 2.75 V. It is fully specified for partial power down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the potentially damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down.

NXP 74AUP1G74 flip-flop

The 74AUP1G74 provides a low-power, low-voltage single positive-edge triggered D-type flip-flop with individual data (D), clock (CP), set (SD) and reset (RD) inputs and complementary Q and Q outputs. The SD and RD are asynchronous active LOW inputs and operate independently of the clock input. Information on the data input is transferred to the Q output on the LOW-to-HIGH transition of the clock pulse. The D input must be stable one set-up time prior to the LOW-to-HIGH clock transition for

NXP 74ALVC541 buffer

The 74ALVC541 is an octal non-inverting buffer/line drivers with 3-state bus compatible outputs. The 3-state outputs are controlled by the output enable inputs OE0 and OE1. A HIGH on OEn causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state.

NXP 74AHC240 74AHCT240 buffer

The 74AHC240 and 74AHCT240 are 8-bit inverting buffer/line drivers with 3-state outputs. These devices can be used as two 4-bit buffers or one 8-bit buffer. They feature two output enables (1OE and 2OE), each controlling four of the 3-state outputs. A HIGH on nOE causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state. Inputs are over voltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of these devices as translators in mixed voltage environments.
