ATMEL U2043B handbook

The U2043B is used in relay-controlled automotive flashers where a high EMC level is required. A lamp outage is indicated by frequency doubling during hazard mode as well as direction mode. The pilot lamp can be connected either to VBatt or GND.

ATMEL U2044B handbook

The U2044B is an integrated circuit used in relay-controlled automotive flashers. With two output stages, each side of the vehicle is controlled separately. It has a left and a right direction indicator input with only a small control current, making switch contacts for small loads possible. The separate hazard warning input simplifies the construction of the hazard switch. Lamp outage is indicated by frequency doubling during direction mode. Thanks to the extreme low current consumption, the U2044B can be connected to the battery directly.

ATMEL AT88SC1003 handbook

The AT88SC1003 is a low-cost synchronous integrated circuit designed for use in prepaid and loyalty smart card applications. The AT88SC1003 provides 1024 bits of serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read Only Memory) within three application zones, plus 64 bits in a code-protected zone. Security logic provides access protection through use of a 16-bit security code. Additional EEPROM memory is available to hold unalterable information about the card history. Separate zones are available for data written by the fabrication facility, card manufacturer and card issuer. After personalization of the memory by the issuer, an internal fuse is blown that secures critical data.

ATMEL AT49BV512 handbook

AT49BV512 is a 3-volt-only, 512K Flash memories organized as 65,536 words of 8 bits each. Manufactured with Atmel's advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the devices offer access times to 120 ns with power dissipation of just 90 mW over the commercial temperature range. When the devices are deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 50 µµµµA. To allow for simple in-system reprogrammability, the AT49BV512 does not require high input voltages for programming. Three-volt-only commands determine the read and programming operation of the device. Reading data out of the device is similar to reading from an EPROM. Reprogramming the AT49BV512 is performed by erasing the entire 1 megabit of memory and then programming on a byte by byte basis.
