intersil ISL28148 ISL28248 ISL28448 handbook

ISL28148, ISL28248 and ISL28448 are 4.5MHz low-power single, dual and quad operational amplifiers. The parts are optimized for single supply operation from 2.4V to 5.5V, allowing operation from one lithium cell or two Ni-Cd batteries. The single, dual and quad feature an Input Range Enhancement Circuit (IREC) which enables them to maintain CMRR performance for input voltages greater than the positive supply. The input signal is capable of swinging 0.25V above the positive supply and to 100mV below the negative supply with only a slight degradation of the CMRR performance. The output operation is rail-to-rail. The parts draw minimal supply current (900µA per amplifier) while meeting excellent DC accuracy, AC performance, noise and output drive specifications. The ISL28148 features an enable pin that can be used to turn the device off and reduce the supply current to a maximum of 16µA. Operation is guaranteed over -40°C to +125°C temperature range.

ISL24006 is a 14-channel programmable switchable I2C TFT-LCD reference voltage generator with integrated 4-channel static gamma drivers, for a complete 18-channel total gamma solution for TFT-LCD displays. The 14-channel programmable switchable configuration allows switching between two gamma curves. ISL24006 is divided into two banks of seven generators: one designed to cover the range from VREFL_L to VREFL_H; the remaining seven channels covering the range from VREFU_L to VREFU_H. Each bank has its own separate high and low reference inputs, with integrated buffers (four static gamma drivers) to drive the column driver internal DAC resistor string to within 0.2V from the top and bottom rails. An output MUX is used to switch between the two curves in less than 1µs. Switching is controlled using an external select pin. ISL24006 includes an I2C interface for programming the offset values. ISL24006 is available in the 38-pin QFN package and is specified for operation over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

intersil ISL6118 handbook

ISL6118 is a dual channel, fully independent overcurrent (OC) fault protection IC for the +2.5V to +5.5V environment. This device features internal current monitoring, accurate current limiting, integrated power switches and current limited delay to latch-off for system protection. The ISL6118 current sense and limiting circuitry sets the current limit to a nominal 0.6A, which is well suited for the 3.3V AUX ACPI application. The ISL6118 is the ideal companion chip to the HIP1011D and HIP1011E dual PCI hot plug controllers. Together these and the ISL6118 fully control the four legacy PCI voltages (±12V, +3.3V, +5V) and the 3.3V AUX, respectively, for power control of two PCI slots compliant to PCI Bus Power Management Interface Spec Rev 1.1. Designed to be co-located with the HIP1011D on the motherboard, the ISL6118 provides OC fault notification, accurate current limiting and a consistent timed latch-off thus isolating and protecting the voltage bus in the presence of an OC event or short circuit during all PCI Bus Power States as defined by the PCI specification. The 12ms time to latch-off prevents the voltage bus from overcurrenting due to an OC event or short circuit, thus protecting the system and equipment.
