This document introduces the wide range infrared thermometer model 42515 produced by Extech Instruments Corporation. The instrument can measure both non-contact and contact temperatures, and can store up to 20 readings. It features automatic emissivity adjustment, adjustable high/low visual and audible alarms, MAX/MIN/AVG/DIF display, etc. The instrument is equipped with a large LCD display with backlight, built-in laser pointer, and data hold function. It also supports contact measurements using Type K probe.
