GENMED Recombinant Adenovirus Transfection Reagent is a purposed product to help adenoviral genome plasmid or adenoviral vector shuttle plasmid DNA easily pass the viral packaging cells through strong cationic liposomal delivery vector. It is suitable for various virus plasmid DNA (e.g. pJM17 or pBHG10) transfer to various types of adherent viral packaging cell lines (e.g. human embryonic retina 911 cells or human embryonic kidney 293 cells). It can be used for stable transfection or transient transfection.
