National LMV243 handbook

The LMV243 is a single-channel, quad-band GSM power controller designed for use within an RF transmit power control loop in GSM mobile phones. It supports GaAs HBT and bipolar RF single supply power amplifiers. The circuit operates with a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 3.3V. The LMV243 includes an RF detector, error amplifier, ramp V/I converter, and output driver. Its input interface consists of an RF input, ramp voltage, and a digital input for the 'Shutdown/Transmit Enable' function. The device is active when TX_EN = HI and goes into a low power consumption shutdown mode otherwise. During shutdown, the output is in high impedance (tri-state). The LMV243 utilizes a single external RC combination for stable operation, accommodating individual power amplifier characteristics. It is offered in an 8-bump micro SMD package measuring 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.995mm, allowing for flexible product placement on the circuit board.

National LMV116/LMV118 handbook

The LMV116/LMV118 are low voltage, 45MHz, rail-to-rail output operational amplifiers with shutdown option. They offer high speed and low voltage operation, as well as micro-power shutdown capability. The output voltage range extends to within 20mV of either supply rail, making them suitable for low voltage applications. Despite a low supply current of 600µA, the output current capability is maintained at ±20mA for driving heavier loads. Through a combination of process enhancements and design architecture, important device parameters such as bandwidth, slew rate, and output current remain relatively independent of the operating supply voltage. The LMV118 also provides shutdown capability with a turn-off current of only 15µA. The turn-on and turn-off characteristics are well-behaved with minimal output fluctuations during transitions. This allows the part to be used in power saving mode and multiplexing applications. The miniature packages (SOT23-5 & SOT23-6) further facilitate the adoption of these low power high speed devices in applications where board area is at a premium.

National LMV115 handbook

The LMV115 is a 30MHz buffer specially designed to minimize the effects of spurious signals from the base band chip to the oscillator. The buffer also minimizes the influence of varying load resistance and capacitance to the oscillator and increases the drive capability. The input of the LMV115 is internally biased with two equal resistors to the power supply rails. This allows AC coupling on the input. The LMV115 offers a shutdown function to optimize current consumption. This shutdown function can also be used to control the supply voltage of an external oscillator. The device is in shutdown mode when the shutdown pin is connected to VDD. The LMV115 comes in SC70-6 package. This space saving product reduces components, improves clock signal and allows ease of placement for the best form factor.

National LMV1032-06/LMV1032-15/LMV1032-25 handbook

The LMV1032-06/LMV1032-15/LMV1032-25 are audio amplifiers series for small form factor electret microphones. It is designed to replace the JFET preamp currently being used. The LMV1032 series is ideal for extended battery life applications, such as a blue- tooth communication link. The addition of a third pin in electret microphones that incorporate the LMV1032 allows for a dramatic reduction in supply current as compared to the JFET equipped electret microphone. Microphone supply cur- rent is thus reduced to 60 µA, assuring longer battery life.
