The present invention relates to an intelligent protective device supporting intelligent language and doctor-patient communication, including a service end and a protective device, wherein the service end is built-in with a wireless communication module and a voice module, and the protective device includes a frame, a lead plate, a lifting mechanism and a control unit, one end of the lead plate is slidably connected to the frame, the lifting mechanism is arranged inside the frame and connected to the lead plate, and the baffle moves up and down on the frame with the lifting mechanism, the control unit drives the lifting mechanism to move up and down on the frame; the control unit is arranged at the bottom of the frame, and the control unit includes a controller, a wireless communication module, an infrared optical ranging module, a voice module and a driver; the wireless communication module receives wireless instructions from the service end, and at the same time, according to the wireless instructions, controls the lifting mechanism and the lead plate to move on the frame, so as to remotely adjust the position of the lead plate blocking the patient, and at the same time, can carry out remote communication through wireless voice, and adjust the position according to the patient's voice feedback or voice instructions.
